Endlessly experimenting until you figure out your ideal diet plan and workout schedule is very time consuming.

What can you expect working with me?

You are the expert in your life and I will be your partner to co-create a plan that fits into your life. You are unique, your life is unique and because of that, I specialize in creating customized and bespoke health and wellness plans and solutions. You don’t give up on yourself and I won’t either!

Far beyond weight loss, we will focus on how to create wellness that is sustainable. Your days of yo-yo dieting are truly behind you.

We meet {virtually} from the privacy of your own home over zoom. If you are in the Austin area, in person sessions may be available.

 

How we create our magic:

We begin with taking a look at where you are. I will send over a detailed assessment to see how to best begin creating your journey. {This will include a food diary, symptom survey and questions about mood, lifestyle and habits}.

  • Worksheets and assessments to find clarity and help us create powerful and achievable goals.
  • A 90-minute live session to begin creating your map. Powerful wellness rituals and habits that change your relationship with yourself leading to weight loss, wellness and joy.
  • A 30 minute follow up session where we will check in and work through any challenges, obstacles and further refine your next steps on your wellness journey.

About me:

My passion is empowering others towards wellness. I am a master’s level health and wellness coach having graduated from The Mayo Clinic. Additionally, I am also a yoga and aerial instructor and have been in the health and wellness industry since 2011. I have competed and continue to perform as a high level professional aerial athlete and have taught at studios as far away as New York City. I have been featured in an aerial workout video for a pilot series produced by one of the original “Biggest Loser” producers (available on Youtube). I have trained aerialists and instructors who are teaching and running studios all over the country.
